M. Shah, B.Pharm, M.S - Founder, and Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Shah is healthcare industry veteran, with over 17 years of success in providing strategic leadership and applying domain knowledge with strong analytics, forecasting, and developing innovative solutions for highly complex programs. He understands the healthcare landscape and positions My1Lab for Clinical, Research, Modernization / Enhancement, and Commercialization areas. His notable accomplishments includes leading successful launch of commercial genomics test for non-profit hospital. Analysis and support campaigns for marketing. Launching mobile based platforms for patient training, education, and outreach.

Our Chief Strategy Officer develops value add networks, collaborations and partnerships, to expand our collaborative network, improve our service offerings and market position/share. Mr. Shah has developed and delivered business performance through KPIs and improved ROI. He has held several key positions with commercial pharmas, hospitals, HMO, as well as federal departments such as NIH, VA, etc. He will continue to expand our collaborative network to ensure our services are available through hospitals, physicians networks, clinics, etc. and contribute to improve clinical decision making through our P4 Platform.


Dr. Becky Winslow, PharmD, CPGx - Pharmacogenomics and Regulatory Officer

Dr. Becky Winslow is a veteran Doctor of Clinical Pharmacy who started her pharmacy career at fifteen years old behind the soda fountain in her rural, hometown pharmacy in North Carolina.

Dr. Winslow went on to complete both her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and her Doctor of Clinical Pharmacy degrees with magna cum laude honors at Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC. Dedicated to lifelong learning, Dr. Winslow continued her education by obtaining her graduate certification in pharmacogenomics from the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Pharmacy. She also obtained her certification to train other pharmacists in pharmacogenomics and she is qualified to teach 20 hours of ACPE accredited continuing education through the National Association of Chain Drug Stores.

Dr. Winslow has worked over two decades in pharmacy and has experience in many pharmacy settings including retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, public health pharmacy, long term care pharmacy, and independent consulting. Starting out as a pharmacy technician, her career has required progressively more responsibility as she worked her way up to hospital pharmacy director, then regional liaison and now she works across nationally as a precision medicine liaison. Dr. Winslow establishes her medication management programs in physicians’ offices and hospitals as well as health care systems using pharmacogenomics lab data and other medication management tools to optimize medication outcomes. She is also available for hire as a consultant to provide individual patients a personal pharmacist.
